We would like to provide you with a brief overview of our operation and manufacturing
capabilities at our facilities in China. Our manufacturing base is supported by engineering,
MRP, production control and administration professionals in on-site offices in China and Hong
Kong.
We have a separate building of 6,000 sq. ft. for our paint mask workshop with 100 work
stations, and another building of 5,000 sq. ft. for our Resin workshop.
Our materials and work-in-process inventory are located in another separate warehouse
building of 12,000 sq. ft. next to our main factory building.
We are very proud of our factory environment. Our landscaped areas reflect our commitment
to have a healthy and safe working environment for all of our employees. Our living quarters
can accommodate up to 900 factory workers year round as well as comfortable facilities for
our on-site management team.
Our uncompromising commitments to producing high quality products is evident in our
continues QC monitoring at all levels of production. We insure that safety standards and
quality are designed into a product before we start productions and then we continue to
monitor for quality and safety adherence through out the manufacturing process.

Our factory is located on a 100,000 sq. ft. property located in Guang Dong, China. The
primary manufacturing building has a floor area of 35,000sq. ft., spread into two floors. On the
main floor is the injection molding workshop where there are 20 injection molding machines
from 120 tons to 300 tons (4 to 30 ounces). Our assembly and packout lines are on the second
level. Offices for administration, product development, MRP and quality control are also on
this level.
